Courting Catastrophe. Coalition government’s assault on Israel’s revered Supreme Court divides nation and the Jewish people.

FAREWELL “MR. BETH PROTEA”

Walter Robinson was a giant of a man with a giant personality with giant visions who overcame giant challenges

By David E. Kaplan

Wonderous Walter.  Pressing his point with both hand and mouth, Walter Robinson addressing a meeting at Beth Protea.

Abundant talent, exuberant personality and a power of persuasion delivered in lyrical Irish were as much the bricks and mortar that built ‘Beth Protea’ – the pride of the Southern African community in Israel. A tribute to Walter Robinson who passed away at age 99 leaving behind a  legacy of the lives he enriched in Ireland, South Africa and Israel.
