Since its founding in 1922, the BBC has faced accusations of antisemitism. If during the Nazi era it declined to adequately expose the horrors of the Holocaust with the ‘defence’ that Jews were “not reliable reporters”, in November 2021 it reported on a mob attack on a bus with Jewish passengers in London as having been “provoked”!
